We recommend sticking with the size that you fall into based on our size chart here and sizing up if you are in between two sizes.  

Our size charts are laid out to ensure that the size you are in will offer you the proper amount of adjustable support. There is a break-in period with our products, so the first time you get it on will not be the most comfortable but it is worth it and will only get better the more movement you put into your Supportive Apparel.
