How do I start my warranty claim?Updated 3 months ago

Please head to this page here to start your Warranty Claim. 

You will receive an email via [email protected] if your claim is approved or not. These responses can sometimes be sent to spam or junk mail, please ensure you check these inboxes before reaching out for an update on your warranty. The next steps will then be provided to you at that time. The expected total timeframe for a warranty claim can be 4-8 weeks.

If your claim is accepted, and the replacement product is discontinued or out of stock, store credit for the full amount of your original purchase will be provided.
